Branch Job Description:

1. Center Chief (Senior Fisheries Development Officer)

• To oversee the operation of all administrative and technical works as the head of the office.

• To prepare/have/present the annual program and implement the approved programs.

• To provide quality services by coordinating with various bodies.

• To provide necessary support and coordination to implement the programs of all the branches of the center.

• To fulfill the programs/responsibilities added from time to time.

• To organize the work of revenue/trade/goods.

2. Technical Field

There are two technical fields for the implementation of the programs of this center. Each technical field has a staff of one officer (R.P.T.A.P.) and one technical assistant (R.P.A.N.P.P.A.P.) level of the fisheries group. The work details of the technical fields are as follows.

a. Fisheries and Fisheries Management Branch:

• To Identify the need for fish oil by estimating the fish oil required for the work area and analyzing the data of fish oil being supplied from the private level.

• Propose a program including the necessary products and other materials required for the management of the required fish oil and ponds and nursery ponds.

• Produce healthy and quality fish oil according to the available resources, budget and approved program and distribute it easily according to the work area and demand.

• Manage the fish regularly.

• Maintain systematic records of fish breeding/all work and make them available for progress reports.

• Coordinate with other branches of the center to fulfill the assigned responsibilities.

B. Planning/Monitoring and Fish Pure Breeding Branch:

• Prepare/present the annual program and distribute and implement the approved program to the relevant branches.

• Coordinate with each branch to prepare the annual/quarterly/monthly program as per the instructions of the higher authority To formulate.

• To manage, breed, produce and distribute fish seed, tag and distribute future brood.

• To collect the progress of all branches and send it to the concerned bodies as prescribed and as required.

• To conduct fisheries training and other technical activities in consultation and coordination with government bodies/private sector and consumers involved in fish production within the scope of work.

• To publish booklets and other publications published by the center in coordination with all branches.

• To conduct regular meetings.

• To submit reports after monitoring the programs prescribed by this center in groups or individually.

• Laboratory services.

• Technical services.

C. Accounting Branch:

• To prepare the program for the purpose of estimating the current and capital expenses in coordination with all branches of the center.

• To conduct financial transactions required for daily operations and to submit the details thereof. Keep up to date.

• Operate the capital program.

• Perform work related to the liquidation of bad debts.

• Perform audit work.

• Maintain revenue-related work.

• Perform additional work related to the accounting department.

• Maintain employee details.

• Perform work related to the physical security of the center.

• Maintain the commodity registers in a systematic manner by the commodity department.

• Purchase the materials required by the office in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations.

• Provide all the materials required for daily operations to all departments.

• Maintain records of all movable and immovable assets in this center and utilize them systematically.

• Complete the details/additional responsibilities requested from time to time.

• All departments/branches and employees of this center will coordinately conduct daily work and complete the additional responsibilities assigned from time to time in a timely manner.
